This painting is inspired by dreaming about a road trip. Created in this winter, with road trip completed March-April 2023. This work draws on 2022 research trip to Death Valley National Park, combining the experience of driving from the opulent neon world of Vegas, to the geologically rich and surreal landscape of Death Valley.
